What are your access hours?
Our access hours are between 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week. However, we also offer 24 hour access under certain circumstances. Contact us for more details.
Are your units climate controlled?
Our units are not climate controlled; however, they are in highly insulated structures, allowing us to provide humidity control to your space. This means that the amount of moisture in your unit stays at a safe constant throughout the year.
What are your contract terms?
We don’t want you to have to pay for time you aren’t going to use, so our contracts are all on month-to-month terms.
Are there any hidden fees?
Our prices are simple and straightforward. What you see is what you pay, no hidden fees or anything.
Does your office sell any supplies?
Certainly! Our office has a wide selection of boxes, tape, and other packing supplies, including locks to use on your unit.
When is my rent due?
Your rent is always due at the beginning of the month. We prorate rents if you begin your lease in the middle of a month, so no matter when you move in your payment will always be due on the first.
